Missions & Expected Performance
- Evaluate trainees' technical skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Encourage collaboration and communication among trainees to foster a positive and productive work culture.
- Provide ongoing evaluation of awardees.
- Send weekly, monthly performance, training reports, coordinate with Master Coach.
- Transmit good professional reflexes (code quality and structure, tech reviews, reading documentation, time organization, project methodology, collaboration, learning autonomy...)
- Supervise the realization of the projects by the laureates and be responsible for their final quality.
- Provide individual professional coaching to the laureates (portfolio, linkedin, job search...)
Package & Perspectives
- Fixed remuneration: to be discussed.
- Monthly performance bonuses.

- Duration: 32 weeks (6 months of training + 2 months of project management)
Profile required
- Passion for teaching and transmitting knowledge and skills.
- Participation in open source projects, Meetups and other developer community events and projects.
- Good command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, APIs.
- Passionate about impact, innovation and inclusion.

The 3W Academy Recruitment Process
- Phase 1: Application
During this phase, we study your CV and your answers.
Applications are processed within 72 hours, with some exceptions.
Do not hesitate to write to us if you have not heard from us.
- Phase 2: Qualification
If you are selected, a member of our team will contact you by phone to check the key points of your application (availability…)
If your application is qualified, you will receive a guide to successfully complete the next steps with us.
- Phase 3: Technical Assessment
During this phase, depending on the position you are applying for, we organise a series of tests: technical interview, case study and online assessments.
If you pass these tests, you will be invited to co-construct your career plan at the 3W Academy.
- Phase 4: Career Interview & Final Decision
The objective of this phase is to clearly define your vision of success once you take your position. We will work on your performance objectives, your roadmap for the medium and very short term.
At the end of this phase, we both have the opportunity to decide whether or not to proceed with your application.
💡 The recruitment process can last between 5 days (very fast) and 15 days.
Once the process has started, we appreciate that the phases follow each other quickly, which implies a good reactivity on your part.
